if it's about an order, include the email you used at checkout (it's on your stripe receipt) and what the shirt says — that's how we find it. we aim to reply within a couple of days.
the fast answers
- where's my shirt? shipping updates come by email once it leaves the printer. shirts are printed to order, so give it a few days of production before transit even starts.
- misprinted / damaged / never arrived? email us within 30 days and we'll reprint or refund. the fine print has the details.
- wrong size or regret the words? custom shirts are final sale — but email us anyway; we're not monsters.
